CKUA                                                                                                                          Listen to CKUA ArtBeat at 9am Sunday, September 12 to hear the kick-off of this year's arts management series. Past rceipients will joining host Chris Allen in a discussion about the impact of the Rozsa Award on themselves and their organizations. Rozsa Foundation Jury liaision, Brenda-Ann Marks, will add her unique persepctive to the conversation. September 17, an interview with the 2010 Rozsa Award recipient will be aired. October through June, four arts management segments will air each week, with one of the Rozsa Award nominees featured each month. The only exception will be the month of March when past recipients will man the mics, and the call for nominations for 2011 will be issued. We certainly hope you will enjoy and learn a lot from this year's arts management series.

The School of Business is a relatively new Rozsa Awards Partner, joining the initiative in 2008, and helping to expand the geographic reach of the Awards Jury. Collaboration is a fundamental component of the Rozsa Award. The Rozsa Foundation invites educational, service and business organizations to partner with us in keeping with our mandate to support capacity building initiatives in arts organizations and to provide professional development opportunities. Award partnership is a multiyear commitment of financial or human resources valued at $10,000 or more. Partners are recognized for this contribution in a number of ways, and may either serve on the jury or appoint a jury member.
